ACT FAMILY LAW offers a comprehensive package of family legal advice and assistance including a mediation and collaborative law service.
Every case is unique so the first step in working with you is to talk through your particular circumstances in order to decide on the right course of action.
We recognise that litigation can be costly both emotionally and financially which is why from the outset we aim to identify the right process to assist you to minimise this cost. This might involve effective solicitor negotiation, mediation or the collaborative legal process.
As Solicitors and Mediators we adhere closely to our guiding codes of practice provided by the Law Society, Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and UK College of Mediators.
Members of the team are well known in the South West for their extensive experience and expertise in a number of areas of family law set out in the Services Menu.
We are able to offer and encourage the use of most forms of communication such as telephone, email, and faxsimile. As such, we are able to serve clients who are UK domiciled but living in other parts of the world.
We do not offer any Publicly Funded (formerly Legal Aid) service.
