Collaborative law endorsed by top Judge. - 12/10/2009
Collaborative law, the out of court dispute resolution process, , has received a powerful endorsement from Lord Kerr of Tonaghmore, a justice in the UK's new Supreme Court. He cites statistics showing an 85% settlement rate where collaborative law is used to resolve family issues.
